1. Who controls the data
The controller of personal data processed through this website is R&D Assessoria, registered in Brazil under CNPJ no. 43.602.418/0001-81, and responsible for Vendaz. In this document, "Vendaz" refers to that company.

2. Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to the Vendaz company website and to the forms and contact channels accessible through it. Contracted services, such as projects, mentorship programs, and systems, are governed by their respective contracts or proposals, which may contain additional information about data processed while delivering the work.
The website is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed at children. If you believe a child submitted data through this website, contact us so we can delete it.
3. What data we collect and through which channels
We collect only what you enter into the forms and certain technical data submitted with them.

For each submission, the website also records: the source page and language; the previous page (its path if it is on this website, or only its domain if it is on another website); campaign parameters (UTM) when present in the URL; device type (phone or computer); submission date and time; and a submission identifier used to prevent duplicate records.
The website has no login area and does not receive payment information. Please do not include passwords, access keys, bank details, identity documents, sensitive information, or unnecessary third-party data in your messages.

Servers and providers that deliver the website may create technical access logs, such as IP address and date and time, for operation and security.

The website currently does not use usage measurement tools. If we introduce them in the future, they will require your permission, which you may withdraw at any time.
5. Sales communications
We use your contact details to respond to what you requested. This website does not send newsletters or promotional communications unless you ask for them. If we offer such communications in the future, we will request separate consent, which you may withdraw whenever you wish.
6. Who we may share data with
- Technology providers that operate the website and receive inquiries, such as hosting and contact management tools, which process data on Vendaz's behalf;
- External tools and providers needed to deliver a contracted service, to the extent necessary and according to the contract or proposal;
- Public authorities when required by law or a competent order.
7. Videos and links to other services
Some website videos come from YouTube (Google). They load only when you click to watch; before that, no request is sent to YouTube. After the click, YouTube may process data under Google's policies.
The website also links to third-party services, such as WhatsApp, Google, and social networks, and to externally hosted forms, such as the Mentoria Gênesis application. When you follow these links, those services' privacy rules apply.
When you use third-party services operating in other countries, your data may be processed outside Brazil under those providers' policies.
8. Storage and security
The website itself does not store inquiries. They are forwarded to the receiving system used by Vendaz, where they are stored.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the data to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Forms validate data on the server and use a basic mechanism against automated submissions. No system is completely immune to failure.
If an incident may cause relevant risk or harm to data subjects, Vendaz will notify affected people and Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), as required by the LGPD.
9. How long we keep data
We keep data for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes above, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and allow the regular exercise of rights. After that, we delete or anonymize it unless the law permits or requires retention.
10. Your rights
Under the Brazilian LGPD, you may request at any time:
- confirmation that we process your data;
- access to your data;
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
- anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary, excessive, or unlawfully processed data;
- data portability, subject to ANPD regulations;
- deletion of data processed with your consent;
- information about entities with which we share data;
- information about the option not to consent and its consequences;
- withdrawal of consent;
- objection to processing carried out without consent if it does not comply with the law.
